I communicated with a sales person online and then when I arrived to look at a Camry they had a new employee dealing with me. The whole time I test drove the car, I heard about his personal life and was not arrived to look at a Camry they had a new employee dealing with me. I am thinking, I am supposed to be sold a car, I am supposed to be told about the car, but this was not happening. I felt like I had a professional dealing with me online, but at the dealership, I was just passed off to a newbie. Also, if I had questions about the differences in car lines, the salesperson was looking on the website for that information. They should know it by heart! I just left feeling frustrated like I wasn't attended to, and I had to go home and do the car homework on my own. For example, when I asked about the Crown, all he said was, it is bigger, but you can go home and look up the information. More

Heritage Toyota in Burlington Vermont is all of the above. I purchased my 2026 Toyota GR Supra Final Edition from them. Matt Messenger was my salesperson. He is very knowledgeable and kept me informed about my Supra during the build phase and when it was in transit. He always answered all of my questions and returned my calls. When I arrived at Heritage to pick up my Supra, the preparation and delivery of the car was exceptional. Matt introduced me to the owner, Dave. He is a super nice guy that loves collecting and working on cars. During my conversation with him I could see the enthusiasm and pride that he has for his dealership. I live 3 hrs (138 miles) from Heritage and I can honestly say the drive was well worth my effort. Heritage has my repeat business and I highly recommend them. More
