Steve was the first person to greet me when I walked in to test drive my (new to me) Highlander Hybrid. He was very direct and prompt while we test drove and answered all the lingering questions. I was dissapointed with the cleanliness of the car interior when O test drove it and even after I bought the car and had left it at the dealership for winter tires, he proceeded to further detail it and meet my requests. He was very helpful through the whole process and was knowledgeable. It was refreshing to work with someone who was not trying to sell me more, but simply make sure what I needed and wanted was met. When I went into the dealership on Shelburne Road, South Burlington, VT I was greeted by Daniel Pasco right away. He was calm and not pushy in making the sales. He listen to what happened to my previous car (being stolen) and had an idea of a car I might like. I had been looking at one on the web site but it wasn't available. So he had me try a Corolla. I liked how it handled. Everyone I came across at the dealership always smiled and said hello. So not what you would typically think sales people would be. Rob Ploof, the person who ran the financetials with me was funny as well as good at his job. I am really happy with the friends and relative who recommended I go look at a Toyota. I am grateful for Daniel's patients in showing me what I needed to know about the car. I even have his email so if I have questions, I know how to reach him to get them answered. It was an experience I didn't expect but would recommend anyone to go ! More
