We were looking for a low mileage Pick up truck. we were not getting the customer service from previous dealer. we were about to leave this dealer. A young lady name Tiffany Jones came out to the we were not getting the customer service from previous dealer. we were about to leave this dealer. A young lady name Tiffany Jones came out to the parking lot and asked to let her help. She was amazing. she found what we were looking for in a matter of minutes. She brought her manager back and explained what we were looking for. If it weren't for Tiffany they would have lost our business. We were very pleased with truck and the sales service from Miss Jones. I would recommend this dealer to my friends. More

Will Hoyt and Joshua Jones were GREAT to work with when my son decided he was ready to purchase his first car (although Josh is a bit TOO serious sometimes…but I guess dealing with the financial end of car my son decided he was ready to purchase his first car (although Josh is a bit TOO serious sometimes…but I guess dealing with the financial end of car buying IS SERIOUS BUSINESS….). I had trouble finding the car I wanted online, so I stopped by Heritage after lunch one day. By 6pm they had found me a car in Delaware and brought it to the dealership.
