Easiest car lease ever I walked into the dealership just to inquire about my eligibility for upgrading my leased Subaru. Thanks to Jon Waugh I drove away a couple of hours I walked into the dealership just to inquire about my eligibility for upgrading my leased Subaru. Thanks to Jon Waugh I drove away a couple of hours later in a brand new 2017 Impreza with a much fancier sound system, heated seats and keyless operation. Jon was on top of all the paperwork and other chores that needed to be accomplished. Plus he was quite friendly and even offered to come to my house to pick up the additional keys for my previous car. He followed up with helpful text reminders about the things I needed to do. This is our sixth Subaru which is clearly the best car in its class and Heritage is the best dealer by far. And there's no better sales rep than Jon. More
