In addition to these two there were two more associate that were fantastic as well that made this transaction seamless. I can't remember the internet managers name but he went above and beyond to make sure the vehicles were ready by the time I arrived for my appointment in addition to making himself available to fit my schedule. The other team member was the STARLINK expert. He's very helpful in educating me in how to use the new technology in my vehicle. He has excellent communication too and made himself available if I should have any questions regarding the STARLINK technology and software in the future. Overall I had a fantastic experience at this dealership and will purchase again from this dealer and these individuals again. He spent time going over all the features with my MIL, showing her how everything works, and answering her questions while I was free to check out the condition and mechanics (which were excellent). The entire process went smoothly and we felt well treated, comfortable, and never pressured. They quickly evaluated her trade and made a fair offer. Buying a car takes a lot of time and paperwork and Alex made it go as smoothly and quickly as possible. The entire sales staff stayed well after closing time to help process the deal. I would be comfortable working with Alex and Heritage Subaru again. More
