When I called to set up an appointment for the tailgate safety recall, I specifically asked Nathen Scott if they had the parts to do it and he said they did. I arranged to leave my truck with them for the safety recall, I specifically asked Nathen Scott if they had the parts to do it and he said they did. I arranged to leave my truck with them for the day since I also had them do an oil change and rotate the tires. Later that day Nathen called and told me they had run out of the parts to do the recall. I had to leave my truck with them several days and when I picked it up the rear tires were not aired up to the proper pressure. This happened the first time I had them rotate the tires. More

Sales person was easy to deal with. We had a good experience until we got to financing. The finance manager tried to trick us into signing without telling us he added an extended warran We had a good experience until we got to financing. The finance manager tried to trick us into signing without telling us he added an extended warranty to the note at a price of $4,500.00 . If I hadn’t caught it it would have cost us an extra $100.00 a month. Other then that it was a pleasant experience. I would say just watch out when you use there financing department. More
