This has NOT been a good experience. I contracted with this dealership and part of that contract was an in-vehicle safe. That was in June, 2024. As of this date, 12/18/2024, I still don' I contracted with this dealership and part of that contract was an in-vehicle safe. That was in June, 2024. As of this date, 12/18/2024, I still don't have that safe and no one there actually cares! This was my 2nd new vehicle purchase in 2 years. At this point, it appears it will be my last! Just like most dealers they have add on sticker for over priced add ons. It took 2 days to buy the truck after waiting 3 hours to find out they could sell the truck because a recall had to be done. The cam priced add ons. It took 2 days to buy the truck after waiting 3 hours to find out they could sell the truck because a recall had to be done. The came in the next day and wait an hour for our appointment to sign the papers. The price was ok but a lot of little things made it cumbersome. More

After I got home, I realized that that there was grease on the seat and resulting in getting grease on the back of a new jacket I was wearing. I have never understood why dealerships don’t cover seats whi on the seat and resulting in getting grease on the back of a new jacket I was wearing.
