I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Martin on my Toyota Camry 2021 yesterday. We were able to go over how my car was and talk about how often I needed to change my oil. I was unaware that with Toyota’s superior synthetic oil that I needed to only change it every 10,000 miles! I had been used to changing oil every 3,000-5,000 miles so that was great to hear. I’d highly recommend anyone to go to Martin, Brian, or anyone else on the auto service team at Herb Chambers and look forward to seeing them again! More

There was a long wait despite arriving at my appointment time. I was met with Bad attitudes and angry responses when I simply asked how long the service would take. When they finished , they left my car parked in aan exit lane where it could easily be hit and it was l UNLOCKED. I had a bike and many bags inside. Had to track down someone wondering around with my paperwork. The paperwork indicated that only 3 brake linings had been checkedThough the person on the phone was very friendly, it is unclear why he scheduled my appointment at such a busy time.. when my car was finished, at about 11:00 there was no line of cars waiting for service.I had said I could come in anytime.
