Service replaced caliper that ended up being faulty. Brought it back and they claim caliper is working fine, however it is not. I asked repeatedly for them to explain to me their logic in determining Brought it back and they claim caliper is working fine, however it is not. I asked repeatedly for them to explain to me their logic in determining that the caliper is working properly and they couldn’t, caliper is not functioning properly and they refuse to show me. Service did not drive the vehicle to test it and claimed there was no issue I “just needed brakes”. Bringing it back to our regular mechanic to fix their mistake as we had brakes done recently. Nothing but problems with this dealership. Avoid if you can More

Transparency . I had a 10 k service done tire rotation and oil change .
