All aspects of toyota of auburn are excellent. I leased my car from this dealership with great confidence in getting a great price. It doesn't stop there. I only take my car for maintenance and I leased my car from this dealership with great confidence in getting a great price. It doesn't stop there. I only take my car for maintenance and repairs here as well. It is a little out of the way, but well worth it. From being greeted by Matt, always great catching up with him. To how Kevin and the rest of the crew handles getting information to uou about what is happening or what needs to happen. The man at the top, Jeff, keeps the service area moving, clean, and professional. My maintenance service was really quick today, maybe 30 minutes. That is from drop off to in the car driving away. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of the entire group with considering weather and allowing me to not leave the building to get in my car to drive away, really top service. Thank you all. More

I went and got an oil change at the dealership and everything went ok until my next oil change. I decided to do it myself and found they had put the oil filter cap on so tight I cannot get it off. The everything went ok until my next oil change. I decided to do it myself and found they had put the oil filter cap on so tight I cannot get it off. The plastic filter cap is breaking apart and hasn’t budged at all. Now I’m stuck with no vehicle and out of work until I somehow find a way to get it off. More

My entire experience with this dealership has been terrible. From the time I have leased my vehicle to this last service, they are not a customer friendly place. They are very obvious that customer se terrible. From the time I have leased my vehicle to this last service, they are not a customer friendly place. They are very obvious that customer service and care and building repeat business is not important to them. As for this last service, I requested them to do the toyota recommended 50k mile service and instead they only changed the oil and did a rotation and balance of the tires. That 50k service has a lot more to it than that. They also tried to make me pay for gas in a loaner vehicle that I planned not to use but they broke my truck and couldn't have it fixed the same day so I had no choice but to use a loaner car. I'm so disappointed by this dealership. More
