Jim was very helpful and explained everything and how much it would cost.while there I asked if was covered by the extended warranty that I purchased when I bought y rav4 in 2016 then Jim said it was can much it would cost.while there I asked if was covered by the extended warranty that I purchased when I bought y rav4 in 2016 then Jim said it was cancelled in 2017!! They reissued a new warranty or 3 years but no compensation for the 6 years it was cancelled. More

My husband took our truck to have routine service yesterday, and once again Juljan didn’t disappoint us. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of as we needed and extra yesterday, and once again Juljan didn’t disappoint us. He always greets us with biggest smile on his face & assures us that he would do everything right for our vehicles. Most importantly, he listens to our questions and helps us to resolve any problems that we need services for our vehicles.
