Last week, our work schedules were very hectic to make an appointment on time for an oil change and other services for our RAV4. As always, Juljan was not hesitant but was also happy to accept our request for car services at the last minute. He took time to listen to my husband's requests and suggested what needed to be done for our car. Juljan never fails us! Shem also worked diligently on that day to finish the services on time. My husband and I are so grateful that we can count on Juljan for his expertise and willingness whenever we need services for our cars.
