Very friendly and understanding of the issue that I had nothing out of my pocket. I didn't have appt and got service and treated with understanding. I was a little scared about my car going to side. It got fix quickly got my car up to date in maintenance Toyota free maintenance I have bzx4 2023 which I love 😍 and would recommend Toyota to anyone else that like electric car.
