I brought my truck in to be looked at. For a vibrating steering wheel and shifter. I was never communicated to. I had to approach Jennifer three times, questioning my truck diagnosis. I told Jennifer I was having my wife pick me up. My wife arrived 20 minutes later, so went to tell Jennifer I was leaving. She said "oh I forgot to tell you, your truck is done". So I asked what was wrong with it. "Nothing" she replied....they found nothing and was offered to leave the truck for more diagnosis. I said no. While driving home, it was increasingly worse. Yet nothing was found. More

I took my van in on 11/15 to have the tire pressure sensor programmed after getting my tire replaced. The first communication I received told me the sensor was bad and would need to be replaced- except sensor programmed after getting my tire replaced. The first communication I received told me the sensor was bad and would need to be replaced- except it was just replaced. After communicating with the shop that replaced the sensor, which they purchased from Herb Chambers, they informed me that they made a mistake when the originally called me, and that my front left sensor was bad, as the computer couldn’t pick it up to program it. I questioned this several times, especially after seeing the reports that show it was working fine when first checked. I was charged $380 and left with no work done. All warning lights still flashing the same as when I arrived, and a quote telling me I needed to spend another $380 to replace the front left sensor. Confirmed with a different mechanic shop that all sensors are working fine after the codes were programmed into the computer. I will NEVER take any vehicle to Herb Chambers Toyota in Auburn. More
