Ended up purchasing the same car from another dealer w WHY did we go back? First experience with Herb Chambers Nissan in Auburn MA was a disaster. Ended up purchasing the same car from another dealer w no hassle and for much LESS money. Years later, we thought that experience was just a fluke. Tried to purchase a Toyota with Herb Chambers Auburn. Impossible to deal with them! Herb Chambers sales people were extremely rude, aggressive and rumpled paperwork in front of us and threw it in the trash. Purchased SAME car (plus Lojack) for LESS money and $3000 MORE for our trade-in! No third chance for you, Herb! More
