A customer truly gets a clear picture of what needs to be done now, what's recommended for the next visit, and the cost of the day's maintenance ahead of time. I also appreciated Alyssa's explanation of why my Highlander had developed a "shimmy" at higher speeds...and she was right! The replacement of my worn tires made all the difference...and laid my worries to rest. Thank you for providing such comfortable and accommodating seating and work desks for those of us who wish to use the waiting time efficiently. The spacious areas and ultra-clean restrooms certainly serve to emphasize the courtesy and thoughtfulness that Herb Chambers provides for his customers. Thank you! More
