I went in for a oil change and tire rotation. After one hour and 15 minutes someone came out to tell me that my truck needs an additional $600 worth of work. The additional work is not what bothers me it is that I had a 12:30 appointment And at 1:45 someone finally spoke with me and told me About the additional work and parts and they haven’t even started yet. The truck was finally complete just after 3 PM. I have been bringing vehicles there for service since 2018. Never had I had such an experience. If it happens again it will be the last time. More

Service replaced caliper that ended up being faulty. Brought it back and they claim caliper is working fine, however it is not. I asked repeatedly for them to explain to me their logic in determining that the caliper is working properly and they couldn’t, caliper is not functioning properly and they refuse to show me. Service did not drive the vehicle to test it and claimed there was no issue I “just needed brakes”. Bringing it back to our regular mechanic to fix their mistake as we had brakes done recently. Nothing but problems with this dealership. Avoid if you can More
