As usual our car when picked up was serviced as specified and super clean. Great communication with Mark Forcucci and then Patrick Santo all through the process. But aside from their timeliness their professionalism and the way they made you feel like a warm comforting experience is something I have never felt in former car buying experiences! Lesly came in on her DAY OFF to work with my husband and I. Sam her manager was who I had initially worked with via a referral and the handoff made me feel like I had TWO people in my corner working for me. Working with the finance team and even the team that worked with my insurance company were exceptional as well! Like I said words can’t describe what a great experience this was. But I tried!
