However, what an awesome surprise at Herb Chamber, Sharon MA! Starting with the Sales Manager Andrew T. who was very pleasant, accommodating, transparent and relaxing to work with. My salesperson Dave T. was very nice to work with, no pressure and quite accommodating. He willingly answered all of my questions, which there were a lot of, with knowledge of the product line. Also, the business manager I was assigned, Jerry D., was the best! No high pressure sales pitch, to upsell me on maintenance, tire & wheel, and many different contracts available. Although, after Jerry took the time, and had the patience to deal with me, I realized purchasing the maintenance and tire & wheel contracts were a very good fit for me. Herb Chambers lived up to its reputation as being a first class organization. They run their business quite well, catering to the customers by making sure they are well informed and comfortable with every aspect of purchasing a vehicle.
