Your process needs work. First contact was with one person, we were handed off to another, then another. The back office processing of a cash buyer with check in hand, however, should take less time. This is not a reflection on Wilson, he was great! Wilson was knowledgeable, was honest in answering our questions and has a good sense of humor. It was Wilson's guidance through the process that closed the sale. Wilson was fantastic to work with! He made the typically painful car buying experience enjoyable and positive. Every dealer needs a Wilson! More
