There was a recall on my car and I set up this appt well in advance. I also requested a loaner car. It took nearly 40 mins to drop off my car and get the loaner. That was completely unacceptable. My service advisor, Abdul, gave me his contact info and Nikolas texted me his contact info. Several hours later I tried calling to see if my car was ready. No one answered-EVER. I left multiple messages for Abdul and he never got back to me (still hasn’t). I was told by a sales person that Nikolas was out for the day-so evidently the text from him was automated and meant nothing. I called 5 times between 3-6pm (the dealership closes at 7pm). I couldn’t get thru to service at all. I finally reached someone in Sales, who said she couldn’t leave her desk. No one ever returned my call. I got a text at 6:20pm from Karen Peterson saying my car was ready. I think this was the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a dealer. They all give you their contact info but you can’t reach anyone there. Unless of course you want to buy a car. More
