The time he took to educate me on all the bells and whistles and answer any and all of my questions was much appreciated. Even after I purchased the car, he knew I was trying to miss rush hour traffic and grabbed a towel to help finish washing my car. Small things like this matter. Overpromise and Underdeliver . As an individual who lives locally in Charleston and owned around 40 cars I have had a lot of relationships with dealers. We bought locally to support As an individual who lives locally in Charleston and owned around 40 cars I have had a lot of relationships with dealers. We bought locally to support the community we live in. We bought a VOLVO because of the safety aspect of the car. We purchased a CPO XC90 dealer demo. After we drove the car home and detailed it (they did not have it cleaned before we bought it) we noticed that the fender had been repainted poorly. We called and ask them to take a look and they said they would get it fixed. Upon returning they did not fix it correctly and told us at your next service bring it back and we will repaint it. When we brought the car in for its first service and reminded them of what the manager told us they said because we did not have it in writing they would not honor it. We then went to the sales manager and general manager who both told us thank you for your business but we can not help. I have been in business 8 years in real estate and sold hundreds of homes. If I tell someone I am going to do something I follow through. I am very disappointed in Hendrick Volvo. Taylor Charpia More
