Three Volvos in 9 years and I can say without question that the service at Hendrick’s Volvo is always top notch. My service technician of choice is always Courtney because she takes care of my needs in th that the service at Hendrick’s Volvo is always top notch. Clean, well organized, has eye appeal to the consumer. Cost of service is too high and there were no discounts/coupons to be applied to the repairs. At the Volvo dealership where I typically go to, I would pay at least 40% less than what I paid here. This makes me want to search for another shop to do repairs. The dealership in follow up kept sending texts to my wife which irrated her. More
