We decided to give Volvo a shot in addition to the Porsche and Mercedes SUVs we were considering. The sales team was so horrible and disorganized that we're not even considering Volvo at all anymore. My service provider is Courtney, and she is very professional, friendly, and has exceptional customer service skills. If my Volvo is in for general maintenance, or for a specific issue, Courtney keeps me updated on the status of the repairs. She is very informative, which removes all of the guess work out of the needed repairs. More
