Excellent Experience I was in a stressful situation in that my Lexus ES 350 was totaled October 8, 2016 and I needed a replacement vehicle. I knew I wanted another Lexus and thought about buying a low mileage certified pre owned vehicle. A friend of mine referred me to Joe Whitley at Hendrick VW suggesting he could help me find what I wanted. This was the best referral I’ve ever received; Joe listened to my needs/wants and found exactly what I was looking for. BreAnna assisted me with the test drive and operation of the car; she was very courteous and her knowledge of the vehicle made understanding the features extremely easy. Today I spoke with BreAnna about adding another service and she said she would look into my request and get back to me by the end of the day. My impression is they went above and beyond to help me. Honestly I was treated like royalty by the staff at Hendrick VW and will forever be grateful for the kindness, professionalism and knowledge of Joe, BreAnna, and John Caulle (who prepared the closing documents). More

We met with BreAnna, it was our great fortune as she started telling us how to enter the info for the buyback; she suddenly paused and said "come with me to my desk and I will get your registered" - she did, in a very business like, professional manner, complete our registration to sell. The following week we found in their Honda lot a 2014 Honda, CRV EXL, one local owner, color we had hoped for, etc. With the cost of the Honda we felt it was not possible for us to purchase - her expertise sales ability she made it possible, we bought our pride & joy on September 13, 2016.
