By far my experience with Carson (sales person) and the Hendrick Volkswagon of Concord team was the best buying experience I have ever had. Not only did their team offer me $1,500 more for my trade-in than other dealerships, which helped tremendously because I was upside-down on the loan, but they also worked hard to get a slightly better interest rate so that my payment would stay in my budget. What struck me the most was that at a lot of car dealerships it feels like they are playing a game where it's them versus you, whereas with Carson's team it seemed like they actually tried to find a way to help me accomplish my goal of getting out of my Jetta (very nice car but just felt more comfortable when I previously owned an SUV) into a used Toyota from one of the other Hendrick lots. I felt like they were really listening to me and what my car and financing needs were without being pushy or arrogant. Plus, they not only agreed to put in a new windshield on a car that wasn't from their lot (because the one on the Toyota was cracked), but Carson transported to me to my house when I brought the SUV back in so that I wouldn't have to wait at the dealership and then he dropped the SUV back at my house after the windshield was installed. I can't say enough good things about Carson and his team. Even if you aren't buying or trading a Volkswagon, I'd still recommend seeing if Carson can help you in purchasing a new or used vehicle from another Hendrick lot. I also previously had my Jetta serviced at this dealership and also had good experiences. More

Any issues we had were quickly taken care of (just basic issues with the car- new tires, etc). They stood by their word, even when numbers changed (trade in value of our car and price of new tires). What they quoted us, is what they stuck with, even to their loss. Professional, but not overwhelming or pushy. The new Hendricks Concord VW was built and opened within walking distance of the Speedway [CMS], and my subdivision. I heard a radio commercial advertising UP TO 25% off MSRP on select 2014s. That got my attention! I looked online and was not able to find any specific models [VIN numbers]. So, I emailed the dealership for a list of Jetta[s] [25% off]. I had previously driven a '14 Passat and Jetta TDI model at the dealership, but forgot my salesman's name. So after getting VIN numbers for the 25th Anniversary 25% off Jetta TDIs, I made an appointment to come do another test drive. BreAnna Griffin was my salesperson for my deciding test drive. She was very friendly and attentive. She showed me all the features of the car, and gave me an overview of CarNet, and MyVW. She has continued to answer my questions after the sale, that took place in November. She even remembers my name ever time she has seen me getting the oils changed for service. I am happy that I bought new and have had such great service with my neighborhood dealership and its staff. I would recommend BreAnna, and Hendricks, to any car buyers looking for quality vehicles and service. I have had two 10,000 mile oil changes/maintenance performed. I love my TDI and the great gas mileage that it is getting! More
