Great Service I was interested in a used car that they had on their lot. It wasn't a VW model so I could tell that they didn't know as much about it as they normall I was interested in a used car that they had on their lot. It wasn't a VW model so I could tell that they didn't know as much about it as they normally would with a VW but you could tell they did their research to make sure I knew as much about the car as possible. Their staff made me confident in my purchase and also gave me a very fair price for my new car. Robert was great in helping me make my decision and I couldn't be happier with my new car! More

There was no haggling or long negotiotiatons. They just gave us a great deal! RD was very helpful and knowlegable about the vehicle. He even put up with and was helpful with our six month old baby. The only area for improvement I can suggest is follow up on service issues. Sales agreed to take care of a couple of minor issues and said they would call me. I didn’t get the expected calls so I had to initiate a few calls to get it resolved. Once I reached out they resolved it quickly. My experience with the service department was top-notch. More

Life Saving car, Life Changing deal I recently was in an accident that was described as one that, I simply should not have survived. The Volkswagen Tiguan undoubtedly saved my life after I recently was in an accident that was described as one that, I simply should not have survived. The Volkswagen Tiguan undoubtedly saved my life after my car hydroplaned off the road, through a ditch, and into a pole. As I searched for new cars nothing seemed to compare to the Tiguan that I held so close to my heart. My dad found a car that was slightly over budget however it was exactly what we were looking for. Without getting my hopes up, we went to visit. Unintentionally, we went to the wrong dealership, however Robert was an excellent help. He offered us a better car for the same price as the one we had originally wished to see. He allowed us to drive it probably longer than he should, and bonded with my dad over stories that nobody else wants to listen to. He has a great rating and it is well deserved. I highly recommend entrusting him with your big decision, for he goes the extra mile (and the extra hour). More
