I never felt pressured or nervous. Robert listened to my needs, and found the car I wanted. Instead of me running all over town to see cars, Robert brought the car to me so I could test drive. Once my decision was made, Kendra joined the conversation to discuss financing. She was patient & knowledgable, taking all the stress out of the financing and paperwork. I could not be happier with my purchase. They were true professionals, and put my needs first. I became a Hendrick customer years ago at Hendrick Lexus. My husband and I stopped by to look at a car less than 1 hour before they closed. We actually just planned on looking but we loved the car and Robert was amazing and helpful and made the experience painles hour before they closed. We completed the credit apps and financial/ warranty paperwork which was all APPROVED before we left the dealership with the car that night. They waited until I left the 5 star review that they literally begged for before they had the stones to call and tell me they screwed up the financing. So yea I can change reviews dummies. And now I have a lawyer to. Cool how that works isn't it? More
