I had to point out some features to him during the test drive, and later have friends and family who had a Toyota show me many others after I purchased the car. This dealership seems to have very high turnover of employees and having come from a retail background I'm sure it's because they pay them next to nothing (which, to be fair, I doubt is a problem with this particular dealership and more about the industry as a whole). My brand new car came with the $900 paint and door protection package--yet, when a small object fell off another car and chipped the paint on the front of my hood on the clear coat, it was not covered. They said the clear coat protection was "mainly for things like tree sap and bird droppings." OK.... so then why is it only the front HALF of the hood? AND why was it presented to me as a safety against chips and scrapes to the paint???? I travel for work on a regular basis and one of the selling points (of a protection I wasn't seeking in the first place) was that it would cover some of the inevitable wear and tear of driving on the highway. Overall I am happy with the SUV that I took months researching and shopping around for, but I do not trust this dealership or their "warranties" at all. I am so glad I didn't pay several thousand more for their extended car care, as I would now assume they would weasel their way out of any repair they could. Especially when I pay for a car outright, I expect the dealership to keep their end of a bargain. The next time I buy a vehicle it will be at another dealership. More

It has only been a few months but I am aware of the need to be prepared to be assertive when getting promises fulfilled. However, I actually had an assistant service manager tell me I was rude and to not talk to him as I did when I was simply attempting to get him to listen to some of the communication challenges I had been having getting my service issue resolved. Not a deal breaker but an "Amber Alert" signal for me to watch for in the future. Also, I just noticed that my roof-top antenna is missing since my visit. Maybe it was removed when it washed and not replaced. I will now need to make another trip to the dealership to have that re-installed, minor but an irritation to be sure to inspect carefully. More

We are new to NC & looking for a Toyota Dealer to service the RAV4 on a permanent basis. After this experience with Alex & the Hendrick team, we have found our permanent service center. Not completely happy with my service experience First I think an hour and a half is a a long wait for only an oil change with an appointment. But what really upset me is that Hendrix sent me a $20 off service coupon. Since almost ever email and regular mail they send me, it shows that their conventional oil and filter change cost $34.95. So with the coupon I was expecting to pay 14.95 plus tax. Instead they raised the price $10 because I had a coupon. To me that shows they cannot be trusted. If that is how they do business then how can you trust that the amount they come up with is legitimate? Maybe they should put the price of the oil change on the coupon instead of the amount off. I thought Alex was very nice but he was unable to do anything about the charge. More

Ever since the last time I went on March 16, it I've got my Corolla in 2014 and ever since that I've been having my car service from Hendrick Toyota. Ever since the last time I went on March 16, it used to be like so lagging and I had to wait hours in the waiting room . But this time , I got to work with Alex and he was so good in explaining what all was done to my car and he said before they started my service , that exactly like it would take less than an hour and it worked as he said. I'm definitely going to work with him the next time I'm having my car service . More

Can not fix a car I brought my vehicle in March 3rd because my dash lights were all coming on in the car was hesitating. They called and told me that it was a ground pr I brought my vehicle in March 3rd because my dash lights were all coming on in the car was hesitating. They called and told me that it was a ground problem and that everything could be fixed but it wasn't covered under one it was $185. So I agreed. Not even week and a half later having the same problem now car is stalling luckily I was near a shop and they fixed it right the first time. Great work Hendrickson Toyota. And you guys did not even issue a refund More
