Was very disappointed in time it took. Had made appointment a week in advance. Was told it would be 1hr& 15 mins. After2hrs&15 mins. Car was ready. My other previous service apps. I dreaded this appointment because I don't do well with large dealerships. But I made the appointment, arrived on time, and they checked me in quickly. Al Gilmer greeted me and everything was smooth sailing from that point forward. They said it would take about 2.5 hours so I dreaded the wait, but Al showed me the waiting areas - some for parents with kids, some areas for no kids, and free Wi-Fi, coffee/water, and breakfast snacks while you wait. Good thing too, because if I had known initially it was a Hendricks dealership, I would have gone back to Fred Anderson. I have had a number of terrible experiences at other Hendricks Autopark dealerships , and still would not go there if you paid me. Toyota of Apex, however, is a great place.
