5000 checkup was A-OK I was only there for my 5000 mile checkup but the staff was courteous and professional. Great sales but terrible post-sales service I arrived at 7 a.m. as my appointed time for oil change/tire rotation and waited for 10 minutes before my assigned advisor came to talk to me. They then assigned me to another advisor because the first advisor was busy. While I was waiting, they sent the third advisor because the second advisor felt ill. I finally got my car back at 8:40 a.m. as I was promised to have it done at 8 - 8:10 a.m. This is not the first time I have bad post-sales experience with this dealer. They have great sales representatives but several of their service advisors seem not to enjoy their jobs and do not have engineering concepts. More
