There package beat all other dealers we checked with. Our regular service visits have been great. Efficient, professional, and accurate. It is worth the drive from Creedmoor to get this type service. My husband prefers to make the hour drive to work with them. As a side comment (and I realize totally unrelated to the great service) I recommended after my last visit, that they offer tea (as well as the coffee and muffins as complimentary while you wait). When we got there Thursday, they had not one but 4 very nice tea choices. You guys ROCK! More

On my own for car care Since my Husband passed away in January I'm on my own when it comes to car care. I chose Hendrick because of the fact that it's where I had traded in Since my Husband passed away in January I'm on my own when it comes to car care. I chose Hendrick because of the fact that it's where I had traded in my Highlander for a smaller Rav4. Since I wasn't quite sure what service the car might need after 6 months I was very pleased with how understanding Brian Bess was and how well he explained everything to me. He definitely went "above and beyond" with everything that he made sure was done for me. I'll be back in about 6 months for an oil change (and probably lots more questions) !!!! More

Poor quality leather I have a 2017 Toyota Tundra. It’s the third Tundra and eight Toyota I have owned. I was told on my most recent visit that Toyota would not correct problem. If the condition was “normal wear”, I would not be complaining. Freindly Staff - Wait too long I have used Hendrick Toyota before and had no real concerns. But this visit was different. I came on time as scheduled. But sat there for ~2hours for I have used Hendrick Toyota before and had no real concerns. But this visit was different. I came on time as scheduled. But sat there for ~2hours for a 5000 mile NEW car service, that took ~0.30minute (according to the receipt) to complete. Not nice. Was late for another appointment thereafter. The waiting area is clean and top of its class, but this wait was too long for what was needed. More
