Wasted Time.. I've been keeping an eye on a 2008 Toyota 4Runner since the day it was posted on Auto-Trader and the website. Even started communicating with the sal I've been keeping an eye on a 2008 Toyota 4Runner since the day it was posted on Auto-Trader and the website. Even started communicating with the sales reps (James/Mike) who sent me photos of the car pre-detail/inspection/etc. So it is known to them about my interest since - there wasn't even any photos available online and I've already expressed interest on the vehicle. After days of waiting and being informed it will be ready repeatedly, I finally get a call stating that the car is available for me to see as it just completed the final detailing. But since I was tied up w/ another engagement, I couldn't rush there right away, but did inform that I will be there 7:30-8:00... coming from Wake Forest to Apex is not a short drive. I get there a little before 8:00, greeted by the two ladies. I informed them that I'm there to see James/Mike to view the 4Runner. Was referred to another sales rep because James was tied up. After several minutes of waiting, I was told the car was SOLD! I'm thinking - there's no way as I just spoke w/ James an hour or so before that and the 4runner just completed detail. I was starting to get frustrated because I just drove that far to only be told I'm sorry it's SOLD! Not to mention, I wasn't called or informed that I shouldn't waste my time and energy to drive that far. Fast forward- the other sales rep had no intention of making things right other than to say - it's SOLD! In the meantime, I just wasted hour of my time to get there.... Eventually James, come out from the back all excited and convinced it is still available - little did he know, the car that he's been working on for days for me had been SOLD..... I know the phrase "you snooze, you lose", but as a reputable business, it is your responsibility to notify customers knowing that some aren't coming from a few miles away rather a distant miles further. I left the dealership unhappy because the car which I've been waiting on for days was sold from underneath my sales rep. From what I can tell, James who originally had been helping me was great - but rather there was a disconnect somewhere within the sales/management/process and this got the best of him and of course myself. 1 * for the appearance and cleanliness of this place 1 * for James who has helped since day 1 and was the only empathetic individual who came out and actually apologized over and over about the situation. Not a single MANAGER came out to apologize.... More
Under staffed during prime time. Very poor staffing during heavy traffic times. Attention to detail lacks. High turnover of staff. Staff openly bad mouths other staff and leadership. Super service I went to the dealer for the first service of my new Toyota Prius. It started really easy for me. I only need to drive the car to the shop and an ag I went to the dealer for the first service of my new Toyota Prius. It started really easy for me. I only need to drive the car to the shop and an agent came to my car side. The agent is very courteous and pleasant to talk with. I just needed to leave the car (and key) there without the need to fill up any paper work. The service was down while I was waiting and working on my emails. Everything was super smooth and easy. Recall Service I was disappointed with the dealership communication, follow-through and care of my vehicle. The service member that greeted me was friendly. I was I was disappointed with the dealership communication, follow-through and care of my vehicle. The service member that greeted me was friendly. I was asked if I wanted a car wash with my service and I said yes. I was told that my car would be ready at 2:00. Unfortunately, at 4:30 when I had not heard from the dealer I called to check the status of my vehicle, I was on hold for about 20 minutes, only to then be told that my car had finished 11 minutes prior and was ready to be picked up. When I arrived at the dealership I was once again greeted by my service member who was polite. I got checked out and waited for my car. As I drove away I realized that my car had not received a car wash as I was promised and in fact when I climbed in the back seat of my Sienna van I found handprints of grease on the back and side of my passenger leather seat, and the passenger middle seat. It is disappointing to not have had my car washed, but more importantly that my vehicle was not properly cared for by the technicians. More
I went in for a recall of my Sienna Van. The service I received on my recall for my Sienna Van was excellent. The Service Manager Brian was professional and helpful and explained the events of what was being done to my vehicle. He showed me computer footage of the work that was being done on recall for both doors on my vehicle. I sincerely was appreciative of his professionalism and spirit he exalted as a person on the job daily. I truly can say the shuttle service was excellent as I rode home with the driver Mr. Larry, he picked me up and upon my return my vehicle was completed and work done. A true satisfied customer. More
