Beware of Sales Tactics I am giving them 1 start because they did service my car. Other than that I have very bad experience with this dealership. During my last service (about 6 months back) they said that they have a promotion going on, where if a person takes test drive of one of their cars, then they will give $25 Visa card to that person, with no obligation to purchase the car. See here: https://snag.gy/aXvHJx.jpg Since I was already there for my car's service, I took the offer and test drove a car, and after the test drive the sales rep 'Jarvis Siler' said that everything is all set and I should expect the Visa card in the mail in 6-8 weeks. The Visa card never came in the mail, but I kept getting the emails asking to visit the dealership and take the test drive to get the Visa card. I called couple of times but no resolution, because I believe they wanted me to visit the dealer again in the hope to sell something. Today when I visited the dealer for my car service again, I asked to meet Jarvis Siler, instead I was asked to meet another sales rep Ryan Aquino, who outright said that since it is over 6 months, he cannot issue the gift card. When I told him that I followed the steps in the offer email but dealership failed to follow up at its side, he said he does not care. I wish there was another Toyota dealer nearby to break the monopoly of this dealership and stop the rude behavior and gimmicky sales tactics of their salespeople. I am guilty of greed, but warn others that don't fall for the trap setup by their salespeople. Just get the car serviced here if you can't go to another dealership and also don't agree to any upsell during your car service unless you do your homework. All the best to fellow Toyota owners.
