I had set up an appointment online, but got there a little early. No problem, they took my car in within 5 minutes of arrival, got me checked in and directed me to the waiting area, which is well-equipped for a comfortable wait. Was told that the service might take as long as 1.5 hours, which was OK, but car was finished, washed (complimentary), and I was back on the road in only a little over an hour.
