Poor Service My wife had a 2:00 PM appointment to rotate tires. After 2-1/4 hours, my wife went to ask the service attendant how much longer. Still did not have car back at 5:00 PM, with no response from Service technician. My wife then called me, and I called the dealership. The lady that answered said the car was done. I asked to talk to the Service Manager. I was put on hold, then got Nick's answering machine. Left message that we were not pleased about the service we received. Just like the service, we didn't receive a call back ether. Also, Adrian, who checked my wife out, was very discourteous. My rating is a -1 More

Pete the gentleman who drives the shuttle is always punctual and gets me home and picked up in a timely manner. If you have to take the shuttle make sure you ask for Pete!! More

I dealt with Branden Shatto. Brandon was efficient and helpful in explaining what was happening and what needed to happen with my car maintenance. I had another appointment Thursd Brandon was efficient and helpful in explaining what was happening and what needed to happen with my car maintenance. I had another appointment Thursday So I couldn't remain then. He very graciously set up the next appointment and explained everything.
