Excellent Service with the Tire Repair I took my Honda Odyssey as one of the tire was punctured. After analyzing with second visit it needs tire replacement add the tire needs to be ordered I took my Honda Odyssey as one of the tire was punctured. After analyzing with second visit it needs tire replacement add the tire needs to be ordered I was offered the rental car to continue with my business as usual until the car is ready with the new tire. I was kept informed during the process and was called upon when the car was ready for pickup. Very courteous and professional staff. More

Dear DealerRater Community Member, Upon processing your review through our Content Monitoring system, we regret to inform you that your review has been removed due to the discrepancy between the scores, recommendation, and words contained in the review. So now I will change some wording, but not the FACTS, and lower the score (which is an OPINION) to correspond with the review. I received notice for recall work to be done on my Toyota Tundra. I called a week prior, to schedule an appointment. I made an appointment for 8:25 am on Tuesday, and asked how long the repair should take? The response was a couple of hours. I said ok and thank you. To me a couple of hours means 2-3 hours. A few would be 3 or more. I arrived at 8:20 for my 8:25 appointment. I gave the necessary information and was asked if I would be waiting? I said no, that I would like to get a shuttle ride. This was arranged for me. I asked approximately when my vehicle would be done, and was told 5 or 6. I was shuttled to my destination by Larry (Excellent customer service BTW) He gave me a card and said if I needed a return to give him a call. At 5:00 pm I called to check on the progress of my vehicle. The woman who answered said let me check with your service advisor. She returned to the phone and said " your vehicle is still being serviced and should be ready around 6. I'm sorry but there were a lot of walk-ins today." Please explain to me, the logic behind me making and scheduling an appointment, if I will be put at the back of the herd because I didn't wait? My time is valuable. My vehicle being available to me is important, being that I use it for work. If I waited there, or elsewhere does not matter. My vehicle should have been serviced at the scheduled appointment time. The walk-ins should be handled on a first come basis as a technician becomes available. Customer Service FAIL! Arlton Cangelosi More
