Good Experience, met my Price I have a 2013 Toyota 4Runner, bought new for cash. I was at another dealership for the required oil change and since I was at 97,500 miles , offered I have a 2013 Toyota 4Runner, bought new for cash. I was at another dealership for the required oil change and since I was at 97,500 miles , offered my car and $20k cash for a 2018 4Runner with same or better deluxe options. It was not a good experience and wasted my time with "Gamesmanship". I stopped into Hendrix Toyota, was treated respectfully and made my deal in less than 30 minutes. My time is valuable. I appreciated skipping the games. Steve, my salesperson paid attention, got his managers approval and could not have been more helpful. Brian in finance was very personable and professional as well. Great Customer Service I was there for a recall only -- at no charge -- and was treated as if I were a regular customer. The service person kept me informed and the problem I was there for a recall only -- at no charge -- and was treated as if I were a regular customer. The service person kept me informed and the problem is taken care of. I took my laptop and used the wi-fi connection to continue the project I was working on, so no time lost. Note that they have a "quiet" waiting room, so I'm not forced to listen to someone's choice in tv shows! More
