I dreaded this appointment because I don't do well with large dealerships. But I made the appointment, arrived on time, and they checked me in quickly. Al Gilmer greeted me and everything was smooth sailing from that point forward. They said it would take about 2.5 hours so I dreaded the wait, but Al showed me the waiting areas - some for parents with kids, some areas for no kids, and free Wi-Fi, coffee/water, and breakfast snacks while you wait.
