Great sales but terrible post-sales service I arrived at 7 a.m. as my appointed time for oil change/tire rotation and waited for 10 minutes before my assigned advisor came to talk to me. They then assigned me to another advisor because the first advisor was busy. While I was waiting, they sent the third advisor because the second advisor felt ill. I finally got my car back at 8:40 a.m. as I was promised to have it done at 8 - 8:10 a.m. This is not the first time I have bad post-sales experience with this dealer. They have great sales representatives but several of their service advisors seem not to enjoy their jobs and do not have engineering concepts. More

Was very disappointed in time it took. Had made appointment a week in advance. Was told it would be 1hr& 15 mins. After2hrs&15 mins. Car was ready. My other previous service apps.
