Good Afternoon Ms. Bedier. We are so sorry to hear you are having continued issues with your tires and that this happened while you were traveling out of town. After reviewing your service history, it appears you had a nail in your driver's side tire in October and then in December we found damage to the tire wall on the passenger side tire. Please be assured that we always do our best to have manufacturer's warranty cover expenses but unfortunatly, outside influences are not included. However, we appreciate your business and value you as a loyal customer to our dealership so please reach out to us upon your return and we will be happy to inspect all your tires at no charge to you.
