I have never had a better vehicle purchase experience than working with Jackie Layne at Hendrick Lexus. From our first contact online and through subsequent emails and texts she answered every question and concern I had about the vehicle I purchased. I had located an IS 500 that was equipped exactly how I wanted it. Jackie took care of everything leading me to fly in from Tennessee to test drive and buy the car. She arranged my ride from the airport with Kimmy who was also awesome. I arrived and my car was waiting in the delivery showroom with a nice red bow on it. Jackie and everyone were so nice. After checking out the car and a very thorough test drive I told Jackie I wanted the car. She had everything arranged and I worked with Jack to get the contract finished. I have purchased countless cars, trucks and motor homes over the years and Jackie made this the best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. I will definitely consider flying back to buy my future vehicles. I appreciate how genuine Jackie is and the rest of the people who made my day at Hendrick so enjoyable.
