Last month on a Saturday afternoon as I was pulling out of my garage the display screen on my new 2024 Lexus NX450h+ suddenly went completely black. I called Northlake Lexus in a panic (even though I had p of my garage the display screen on my new 2024 Lexus NX450h+ suddenly went completely black. I called Northlake Lexus in a panic (even though I had purchased the car out-of-state) and after the technology rep concluded that it wasn't something that could be fixed over the phone, I was put through to the service department and Brock Ward took it from there. He patiently listened to my problem, including that I had to leave early Monday to go out of town for a medical appointment. Even though they were closing in a few minutes, he told me to drive to the dealership immediately and they would take care of me. When I arrived, they made a copy of my driver's license and insurance card, handed me the keys to a new 2024 RX, and said that they would get on my car first thing Monday morning but to keep the RX until my car was fixed. Amazing! Monday morning, I received a video and photos from him showing the progress on the car and then later in the day communicated with me to let me know that they wanted to keep the car overnight just to make sure. When I arrived the next day, Brock had my car waiting on me. As I was getting ready to leave I noticed that as I had pulled out of the driveway in my rush to get to the dealership I had managed to get a small scratch on the car. I asked Brock if he had any touch up paint I could purchase. He just smiled, said give me five minutes, and he took my car back into the service bay. Less than five minutes later, he drove back and handed me my keys. He had taken the car and actually buffed out the scratch himself by hand! I have owned cars for over fifty years and have dealt with a lot of service departments and their personnel during that time. This is my first Lexus and I have never received the kind of professional care and attention that I have gotten from Brock Ward and the folks at Northlake Lexus! NEVER! Based on my experience, I will now always drive a Lexus and it will be purchased from and serviced at Northlake and, hopefully, by Brock Ward! More
