TRUST ME...DO NOT DEAL HERE AT HENDRICK or with service mgr. This dealer and especially the service mgr. David Sheperd, have zero integrity or honor. I guess they hold grudges when another dealer beats their deal by 25 hundred bucks. I tried to buy local here but going to Johnson Lexus in Raleigh saved 2500 hundred on a new Lexus LS460. So when my son took his 2007 LS460 in for a recall repair with parts provided by Lexus, Sheperd had his mechanics who he proudly states are highly trained to work on Lexus vehicles, to install the parts incorrectly. Resulted in damages to insure the car brought back for costly repairs. My son had the car towed to Hendrick Northlake after discovering a puddle of gasoline under the car, which only has 69 thousand miles and has been babied not abused. The recall issue was a fuel rail. D. Sheperd after having the car overnight stated it will cost $650 to inspect for damages they didn't know what it was. NOT IF THEY FIND ANOTHER CAUSE. Liar knew exactly what it was. My son is a single parent of two young kids after his wife died in a wreck in a Toyota Avalon so supporting on one income. Being cheated is pretty sad from whats supposed to be a professional car dealer and service mgr. Had the car towed to a reputable repair shop who charged less than half to inspect, and informed my son and I the recall parts were installed incorrectly. Took pictures that showed 3 of 5 bolts overtightened and the other 2 bolts only tightened by hand. The result? A hairline fracture developed over time because the dirty, lowlife service mgr intentionally has no integrity in dealing with customers. After contacting Lexus, they told me to provide proof of ownership and receipt of repair cost, which was very close to $1300 bucks. 13 hundred, and they would see about reimbursement. Only after jumping through their hoops, Lexus allowed Hendrick to do this sorry manner of treating a consumer and said no reimbursement. Safe to assume if you're a fat cat dealer who sells lots of cars and own a boatload of car dealerships nationwide, its alright by Lexus to do underhanded dealings and install parts incorrectly to later rip people off. End result, I will never buy another Lexus or Toyota vehicle ever again. The service Manager who let his mechanic put my son and grandchildren at risk of a fire on the road? I'll just say its a good thing I'm a law abiding citizen because little boy David Sheperd would be seeing me face to face to sort the matter out. DO NOT BUY FROM HENDRICK LEXUS and if you do, or take your vehicle there for service, be prepared to be ripped off by greedy parties who have zero integrity. More

When the key came in, we were told that it would take an hour to program it. We called ahead to let them know we would be there in an hour to an hour and a half, and asked that they call back if there would be any issues since the dealership is not conveniently located for us. We received no call, so we headed out. When we got there however, no one knew where the key was. Now, another key has to be ordered and we'll have to go back to have the key programmed. Although the dealership offered to come pick up the car, program the key and return the car, that's not an optimal solution either. It may save us time, but puts additional miles on the car that we'd rather not have. It was a waste of our time and expense. Completely inconsiderate of the dealership. Will not be back!! More

Shady sales agents and poor customer service 3x Lexus owner was about to be a fouth. Be aware of shady sales agents here. Stay on your guard with these guys. They will resort to unethical sales tactics to get you in the door and when you bring it to their attention will basically do nothing. The service department is excellent. No issues there. Lexus is a great product, these guys are unfortunately on the low end of Lexus customer service realm. There are far better dealerships out there. My advice after my experience is to do yourself a huge favor and look at other dealerships to make your purchase. More
