He explained to me the different options I have with which led me to buy my brand new 2022 RED Lexus RX 350. He made my experience smooth and pleasant. Robbie, his manager, was also very welcoming to me on the first day and the day I was picking my new car. Jeff from finance was very cleared in my additional options and offered an excellent finance service and discounts. Last but not least Brock was very nice showing all the technology of my new car in details that for a simple old school woman like me it was so overwhelming. We had a very enjoyable experience working with Vinny to purchase our new RX350L. While we were very happy with our Audi Q7, we needed something that was easier for my wife to enter/exit and had some of t purchase our new RX350L. Vinny was very patient with us , explaining the options, and when the vehicle we decided on wasn't available, he found us one scheduled to come in within the next couple weeks that fit our requirements. He was timely in his updates and made the purchase experience easy and enjoyable. Since this was our 3rd Lexus, we had come to expect this type of service from Lexus employees and Vinny did not disappoint.
