My Experience Had a good experience purchasing my vehicle back in October, Sandy the salesman my wife and I worked with was very nice and had a good knowledge about Had a good experience purchasing my vehicle back in October, Sandy the salesman my wife and I worked with was very nice and had a good knowledge about all the cars my wife and I test drove. He even stayed a little passed his working hours to help out get the exact car we were looking for. Even when I had to take my car in to have a remote start put in they lent out a car for me to drive around while it was getting worked on. The issues we encountered however was that we had purchased a Remote Start to be installed and an extra Key Fob but nearly a month had gone and we hadn’t heard from the dealership for a time to get these items or have them installed. We had to call them up to get it scheduled as the paperwork had been mishandled at some point. After getting the remote start installed I only received one remote start transmitter instead of two as the place that installed it could not get the 2nd one to work. I was told someone would call me to get the 2nd one set up with the car. However no one ever did and I had to call Kia Hendrick, luckily Karei was understanding of the situation and got me in-contact with the place that installed it and we were able to get it sorted out. I also had an issue with getting my VSA agreement canceled, I had to call multiple times to figure out exactly how to get it canceled and finally got in-contact with financial to get it sorted out. Overall, the buying experience was good, but having to call multiple times for multiple things was not ideal but at least I was able to get it sorted out. More

Only in it for the money Long story short, I let Mr. Morris know I was not trying to waste anyone's time, but that I would not be purchasing a car off his lot. I did however plan to purchase a Kia this weekend and needed to test drive a specific model that I was very interested in. He, after continuing to push a sale and then frustrated with what I imagine was own lack of understanding, became rude and proceeded to tell me, in front of other employees and individuals no less, that I was in fact wasting his and Makayla's (the sales associate) time, if I would not be purchasing a vehicle from their lot. I am honestly quite shocked to learn that Mr. Morris is in a management role. I was also unaware Kia had their dealerships work against each other, versus working as a team. I prefer to work with a company that motivates a purchase by taking into consideration a customer's needs. Kia of Concord, Hendrick Automotive and Kia Corporate should remind Mr. Morris of Kia's core values and business management mantras. Or perhaps Jewel can help you out... "In the end, only kindness matters." More

Instead of trying to find a solution to evidently their mistake, he all but calls my daughter a liar. My daughter has worked her tail off to build her credit and now her hopes are busted. Her credit also took a big hit because of this as well. Not cool at all. He has no consideration for anyone else's time, especially after they called to see if she was still coming to finish paperwork. Don't understand people. He also acted like he was going to do her a favor and "bully his bank manager to accept her proof of income." (These were his words.exactly). By the way, this was before he was accusing her of being untruthful.. More

FRANKIE IS THE BEST!!! I love this dealership!!!! This was my second experience with a Hendrick dealer in Concord and I can honestly say I will NEVER go anywhere else. My experience at Hendrick Kia of Concord was the best car buying experience I have had. They have plenty of refreshments while you wait FOR FREE. Also, everyone was so friendly that I came across. Not once did I feel pressured about anything. FRANKIE FOY IS THE WAY TO GO. He was one of the best car dealers I have experienced. He was very patient with me because I had an interesting situation and was VERY undecided on what to do. I honestly was dreading this experience because car dealerships are my least favorite places to go. I didn't get the "salesy" vibe from him and he kept telling me to make sure this is what I wanted before agreeing to anything. He let me sit in a few and drive the one I was undecided on. I could tell he cared more about me being happy and content with my purchase versus just selling me anything. We literally walked through the entire lot and he broke down everything about each car. He ACTUALLY listened to EVERYTHING I told him about my situation and what I wanted and I could tell he did because he kept referring back to what I told him. I still feel AMAZING about my new 2018 car and I'm so glad I had Frankie to help me through it all. Even when he had to wait on other customers he let us know we were his priority and to stop him if we needed anything. I will NEVER shop with any other dealer again.
