Talked to a salesman, told him what we were l My wife went to Hendrick Kia of Concord early Saturday afternoon just to look and get an idea of prices. Talked to a salesman, told him what we were looking for and the features we were looking for. Salesman said they had one at another dealership that they could have it there in about 2 hours. We went back and forth (typical haggling) and agreed on a price. I asked the salesman to call the other location and have someone send a picture of the window sticker so we could verify it had the features we wanted, the salesman said the other dealer would be busy and not have time to do that but the car did have the features we were looking for. We told the salesman we had to run home and get the car we were trading in and it would take us about 2 hours. Salesman wanted to go ahead and do all the paperwork so when we got back we could pick up the cat and leave, so we did that. Finished paperwork, went picked up the trade-in car and got back and the car wasn't there yet. Salesman said it would be there in about 20 min, car showed up in about 15 min. As soon as we looked at the car it did not have any of the features it was supposed to have. Took the salesman out showed him this didn't have what we were told, I also informed the sales manager what was going on. They spent the next 20 min. in the sales office I'm sure looking for another car. After about 20 min. the sales manager came up to us with both hands in his pockets (body langue saying I don't care) and said he would sale us that one for a little bit lesser price or a 2018 with the features we were supposed to be getting for a higher price. We told him no, to put the license plate back on our trade-in car and we would be leaving. Sales manager said I will send you a $50 dollar gift card to help make up for the inconvenience (we were there for almost 7 hours). On top of that the salesman never showed his face again to us, not to apologize or anything, he avoided us all together. We will never deal with Hendrick again and hopefully this post will make others think twice before going through the rude we did. John Henderson More

Worst customer service! I emailed them this morning to let them know I was coming this afternoon to buy a car I had seen on the internet. Received a text from Jace. I told him I'd be driving in from out of town and inquired about the traffic. He said he'd pencil me in for 5:30. Traffic was horrific. I texted him several times of our location. We were. 30 minutes late. He informed me that the car was sold an hour before. That means someone started the purchase approx. 2 hours earlier. WHY WHY WHY didn't he text me and tell me! I guess spending 5 hours driving for nothing wasn't important to him! I'll ner never deal with then again and will tell everyone I know what happened to spare them! I work for Labcorp Soooooo, I know a lot of people... it was even cash deal! More

Me and my friend went in Hendricks Kia after visiting 2 Lenore has to be the best sales associate that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Me and my friend went in Hendricks Kia after visiting 2 other dealerships(1 being Honda, and 1 Toyota) do develop a better understanding of Kia's. She was extremely warm and inviting and unbelievably patient. My friend looked at 4 vehicles before picking 1, then another, then another , then back to the first one, then wanting to change the color and alot of other things lol! Lenore didn't bat an eyelash and continued with her patience and smiled and laughed the entire time. Needless to say my friend now has a 2018 Kia Sorento. Thank you so much. Now I love Kia's More

Very underwhelmed My fiance and I recently purchased a used car from Hendrick Kia of Concord and had the worse experience at a dealership we've ever had. It started we My fiance and I recently purchased a used car from Hendrick Kia of Concord and had the worse experience at a dealership we've ever had. It started weeks before we came up to meet with the salesman who had been corresponding with me via text about cars in my interest. We arrived and met with the salesman one Mr. Travis Foy; he seemed pleasant at first and then my perception of him changed after the first car he showed us. The initial car he showed us couldn't have been more far off on my suggested needs and want for a car. He didn't seem too pleased that neither of us were happy with his pick and said to us, "I'm not understanding what else your wanting." After we had already expressed what we didn't like about the car he acted annoyed and seemed not interested in finding the perfect car for us. But isn't that his job? After waiting for about 15-20 more minutes for him to find a car closer to out wants and needs we walk out and see the trade in that was just brought to the dealership I think the day before. We thought it was great so we went forward with the process of getting to the right price which Travis wasn't very interested in working with us so we got turned over to the finance guy Mark. When we sat with Mark he already had all the paperwork printed and stacked ready to sign. Which in our past car buying experiences the salesman usually takes his time and talks us through the process making sure we understand what is going on. This was one thing Mark did not do. Anyways we purchased the car and Mark said they would hook us up with a loaner since the car had not been detailed yet and we would come pick it up the following day. So we walk out and ask Travis Foy for a loaner so we could get home. He acted like this was a problem to obtain and I was fed up by that point so we left. We returned the following afternoon (mothers day) to pick up our car. My fiance got in the car and started to leave but caught a crack in the windshield that must have happened during "detailing" which was sub par. We spoke to Drew the manager and he was kind and got us a windshield company to come fix it at our house a few days later. The last problem I had was with the detailing which I am convinced still hasn't been done to our car although we've brought it back twice to have redone. There is still trash in the door from the previous owner, greasy smudges on the cup holders and doors, dust and dirt on the dash and spots on the ceiling. All of that not to mention our car was NEVER filled up with gas to full. Maybe that's just a Hendrick Kia of Concord thing though. To have customers spend thousands of dollars for horrible customer service from everyone except the manager Drew. A customer should feel comfortable and validated when leaving a car lot with a "new" car. Not bothersome, rushed, and put on the back burner. I have told a few people already to not waste their money with you all and will continue to express to others my lackluster experience with Hendrick Kia of Concord. It's pretty bad when a customers standards are higher than Mr. Hendricks standards himself. My point isn't to be rude but to shed light on areas I see needed major help. More
