Frankie the salesman was a pleasure to work with, however the finance team was not enjoyable at all. After being at the dealership for over 5 hours with three young children, I had gotten all of the financin the finance team was not enjoyable at all. After being at the dealership for over 5 hours with three young children, I had gotten all of the financing settled. It was at that time to sign the documents that I was withheld information frankly because I financed through the state employees credit union. We were so excited to buy our very first New car and get all the cool stuff like maintenance programs and extended warranty’s. I feel like if I had used their financing, they would be all over the place trying to get me packages but due to bringing my own financing they withheld all that information from me. I would have figured out a way at to have all the extras that were available added because we were so excited to buy the new car we wanted all of that stuff. More
