Shady dealership They weren’t willing to come down off MSRP. Tried to pretend they were by telling me that the rebate was the best they could do off sticker. I said no that comes from the manufacturer so you’re not taking any money off the price of the car. Handed me back my keys and said goodbye. I guess they don’t like selling cars to educated buyers. Excellent Experience I usually do not leave reviews of any kind but I do have a few things to say about Hendrick Kia of Concord. First off, from the moment I stepped in I usually do not leave reviews of any kind but I do have a few things to say about Hendrick Kia of Concord. First off, from the moment I stepped in the door at the dealership I was treated with nothing but respect and everyone made me feel right at home. From the ladies at the front all the way down to the random employees I passed in the halls. Car shopping can be very stressful and aggravating. Not once did I ever feel pressured or uncomfortable there. Second, I was very impressed with how clean the establishment was. Including the restrooms. A plus for that. Last, and most certainly not least, I was working with Alan Hansen on this deal. His professionalism and overall attitude was by far the best out of anyone I’ve dealt with. I looked about 30 trucks for the last month and I narrowed it down to 2. Not only was Alan’s follow ups very professional but he also didn’t bug the xxxx out of me like 99% of the others do. I actually found a truck identical to the one Kia had for sale and their price was significantly more. However I was willing to pay the extra for the experience and the overall satisfaction I had with the staff. To end, it is very hard to find a car dealership anywhere that makes you feel the slight bit comfortable. They have a great team at Hendrick Kia of Concord and I am happy I decided to go with you guys and get my truck there! I can not stress enough how great Alan was through this hole process! Definitely give these guys a shot if your in the market! More
Quick great service! I went in wanting a specific vehicle that I saw online. Someone else was buying the car I wanted as I walked in. I was kind of sad and started to leave and Shane ran outside once he found out the people had decided against buying my car. Shane was super helpful with my trade in, having it towed from my job and applied to my new purchase. Diana was also so kind and helpful during the process, what a great team they make! From start to finish the process was made so easy for me by Shane and Diana. Excellent customer service, I was in and driving out in my new car in 2 hours. Thank you both for your hard work! More

Corey Riggle soured my first car buying experience. I purchased my car on 3/5/2019 and over the next few days I noticed something was wrong with the audio so I wanted to get it checked out. The service I purchased my car on 3/5/2019 and over the next few days I noticed something was wrong with the audio so I wanted to get it checked out. The service department had a hard time finding my warranty but eventually did and told me I had until 36,000 miles. I then spoke with Chris in finance to confirm and he informed me that my warranty for the radio was not covered under the 60,000-mile warranty on the electrical. This was news to me because when I brought the car there was no distinction made between the electrical and the radio for the warranty that came with the car. To me, the radio is an electrical component of the car and should be covered as such, but it isn’t so tough luck (to paraphrase) . I visited the shop 3/9/2019 to just confirm what my warranty was since Chris told me he wasn’t 100% sure the radio wasn’t covered. I met Cory Riggle at the door and began explaining why I was there, he told me Chris had already informed him about the situation. Then for some reason, Mr. Riggle got a bit defensive telling me I was offered an extended warranty and declined it, so there was nothing to be done. I explained I was offered an extended warranty on electrical and was never told radio wasn’t covered under electrical. He then Preceded to contradict everything I said about the warranty and tell me how wrong I was about what was covered on my car. I told Mr. Riggle that was impossible since I had brought this car certified and his entire deminer changed. He tells me he needs to go look at my file, when he came back he informed me my radio is in fact covered under a 12-month 12k warranty. So he all but called me a bold face liar in the lobby of the showroom, with multiple salesmen and customers around, before he had even looked at my sales record to see what my car was actually covered under. Finally, my sales rep. Robert Sturgill came up front and asked me what my reason for coming in was. I began to explain to him my reason for coming and what all just happened. We had sat down for maybe 30 seconds before Mr. Riggle comes by and hears me call the warranty on the electrical a “Bumper to Bumper Warranty”, he cuts in mid-sentence with a “let me stop you right there” and proceeds to “educate” me on the fact that there is no such thing as a bumper to bump warranty. Bumper to Bumper warranty is something made up by customers and it doesn’t cover brake pads, batteries, etc., this was something I was well aware of. Mr. Riggle’s conceding attitude continued as I explained to him that I was aware of that, those are all maintenance issues not covered under this warranty. I continued and told him I was simply explaining to Mr. Sturgill what had happened before I was rudely interrupted, to let him know I did not appreciate the way he was talking to me or treating me. He walks away simply saying he has to be careful because people come in with notions about getting a new battery with “Bumper to Bumper” warranties. By this point my experience was ruined, I was disrespected not once but twice by Mr. Riggle for having questions about my warranty and using the wrong term to explain my warranty to someone else. I’m not sure why Mr. Riggle felt it was okay to talk down to me, but his actions and words left me with a sour taste in my mouth about Hendrick dealerships. I also now own a car that will need to be brought in for repairs and such I dread the thought of having to run into him again. More

Absolutely above and beyond I hate the car buying process until I met Shane. I brought my car in to get an oil change and Shane approach me as if we were old friends. I never once felt pressured And had me laughing the entire time. Shane is not your average “Salesmen”. He genuinely cares about people and their situations. Buying a car can take 4 or 5 hours but Shane had me in and out with in 90 minutes I was shocked. I will never buy a car from anyone else and I will send all of my friends and family to him!! It was the most pleasant purchase I have ever made and I cannot thank him enough. GO SEE SHANE!!! More

Shane and I set down and looked at the truck inventory together so that he could see what I was looking for in a truck. Shane was not pushy at all. He listen to me when we talked about the financial side of getting the truck that I wanted. Shane showed me plenty of trucks that would work for me. I picked out one and Shane started working the deal. When Shane was working the deal another truck came in and he knew I would really like that truck better. He called me and sent me pictures of that truck and it was just what i was looking for. Without hesitation Shane reworked the deal with that truck that came in. I am so happy and pleased with my truck. I was lucky enough to meet a truly honest up front salesman that understood what I was looking for and did not try to put me in something I did not like or want. I would highly recommend to anyone that if your looking to buy a new or used vehicle go to Hendricks KIA of concord and ask for Shane Watson you will not be disappointed in his abilities and professionalism.
