Alex in service is the best!!! We was traveling through the area on vacation and had major car issues. I got it towed to the Hendricks lot and the wrecker driver dropped it at KIA. I was a little concerned about this beings it wasn't a Kia but the best is yet to come. The next morning I went over and spoke to Alex and let him know that I didn't purchase the car at his lot nor was it a Kia. He didn't hesitate to tell me he could help! That don't sound nearly as strong as he said it!. He went out and checked our car and moved it up front due to my situation. He called me within an hour and told me it was ONLY a radiator hose and he should have me back on the road within the next hour. He could have made this a big deal knowing that I was out of town and stranded but only fixed what was needed. They also offered to take me back to the hotel which was a major help and picked me back up when my car was ready. I didn't notice until we was on the way home but they also washed our car to get all the antifreeze off. If you or someone you know is in need for a vehicle they have acres of them and the service is 100% hands down the best I have ever seen. Thanks Alex and the Team at Kia of Concord. You guys are the best!!! More

Stinger GT To start off I consider myself an auto enthusiast. In the last 5 years I’ve bought 5 cars around Charlotte and surrounding counties. All were at fra To start off I consider myself an auto enthusiast. In the last 5 years I’ve bought 5 cars around Charlotte and surrounding counties. All were at franchised dealers. I would give two of those experiences as an A. Coincidentally both were Hendrick. Hendrick Lexus and Hendrick Kia. I purchased a Stinger GT. I would highly recommend the car to anyone. If you haven’t heard it is a sport sedan with strong German roots. Search who worked on the design and engineering, it’s impressive. Anyways everything I read people love the car so I decided to drive it. I met Alan at the dealership and we took one out for a ride. The car was great and I enjoyed the test drive. I got Alan’s info and went home. Later that week I realized I was not over the fun I had driving the car so I needed to pursue it. I started looking online and casting a wide net. Obviously a local deal would work best but I was not afraid to travel. It’s interesting I had read some comments that the Stinger is great but you still have to deal with the Kia dealer network. I get what people mean. In that wide net I cast I had a few high pressure calls. Another local Kia dealers salesman was even challenging me on why I wasn’t dropping everything to go meet him. A few deceitful sales tactics. But I also had a few dealers that they seemed straight up and willing to help. In the end I went back to Alan. I had a great test drive experience and so I wanted to give him an honest first shot at my business. The first deal for a GT2 couldn’t be made to happen. But I do feel Alan did what he could to make it happen. So then we started talking about a GT. In my experience at this stage some dealers will brush it off, no deal on one means no deal on another to them so they give up and stop trying to make it work. I did not feel that way with Alan he did try to make it work. Keep in mind he did so without any pressure to the customer. I know Kia is working on changing their image and there are two things they need to do. 1. The product, which they are doing. Take note of the design and drive of their cars. Then take a more detailed look at what they’ve done to get there and they are doing it. 2. Dealer service. My experience with Kia dealers is limited but Hendrick Kia so far would be a good model for others in the area. Alan played a huge role. To sum it up I would put the sales experience I had on our Lexus and Kia on the same level. Lexus you expect Kia is the pleasant surprise. I look forward to continued positive experiences with Hendrick Kia when it comes time to work with the service department. More
