Go to jiffy lube or spend 2 Hours here Ive been here 3 times as part of the free service package we got when we purchased our vehicle. No wonder they offer it because it takes forever to ge Ive been here 3 times as part of the free service package we got when we purchased our vehicle. No wonder they offer it because it takes forever to get it done. Every time I've been here my basic service/oil change takes over 90 minutes. The 1st two times were on a weekend and after speaking with the manager he told me to arrange a week day. I went on a Tuesday and still spend 90m here. At this point I am almost willing to pay somewhere else so I get some of my life back. More

Where's the car? We had an appointment to look at a used Acura MDX at 7:45pm with Mr. Moises Urcuyo. This started with a chat on their web site and then a call from him at 6pm to confirm the car was available and the time. He followed up at 6:17pm with an email. When we pulled up at 7:45 an MDX looking just like the one we came to see pulled away from in front of the dealership. We entered and asked to see Mr. Moises Urcuyo . He was paged and called back- saying the car was sold. This is disrespectful and unprofessional. He had my cell # and email. Plus, in my experience it takes more than an hour to close a deal and get the car ready to leave the lot. This deal was under way at 6pm. My first experience was so bad I will never return. More

It is hard enough to shop for a vehicle but the staff at Hendrick Honda of Woodbridge make buying a car fun and exciting. Robert Kamga was exceptional in his approach to helping us buy our Honda. He did not pressure, he was very straight forward in what he could and could not do for us. That's all I expected from him. Dennis Card was also terrific. He came through with all he said he will do. I do not believe buying a car should take all day. I have been to other dealerships, and what other dealerships could not accomplished for us in 6 hours of wasted time, Robert Kamga and Hendrick Honda of Woodbridge accomplished in less than 3 hours. I and my wife are completely satisfied with our buying experience with Hendrick Honda of Woodbridge. I will not do the dealership a great justice if I do not mention their service department. I did not completed my review until after my first service which was today. I was not surprised by my experience with the service department. From the setting of appointment, I was told what to expect as my waiting time. I appreciate their candor. I was told that my wait time will be 1.5hours or less. I was out of service in about an hour. That is what I call sticking to the gun, especially, when I witness firsthand the number of cars coming in. I also have mention the outstanding customer service I received from Mr. Jeff Gossman. He took time to explain to needed to be done. Because of his customer service prowess, I have decided to bring my Nissan Armada for all my car care needs to Hendrick Honda of Woodbridge. More

Bill Fredericks reached out to me with all the required info and after couple of calls we finalize the deal over the phone itself . I am based in Morrisville , realizing that customer have to drive almost 250 miles to reach woodbridge , he discussed with his manager Luke and gave the best possible deal for me and it was like win win to both of us. On reaching to woodbridge , I got a warm welcome . He is very friendly , have good sense of humor too and true representative of Hendric . I had some doubt about the car and was looking for pre purchase car inspection but was running too late to get that done and close the deal before 5 PM on Sunday but he said , Hendrick organization is known for its trust worthiness and they do not sell anything that is not good or meet the standards and if there is any issue found ,local Hedrick can help me out . Those words gave me sense of confidence . He provide all possible info and clarified all my doubts and never tried to influence me . Never though car buying can be so hassle free . Bought another car from Bill Fredericks!! Had such an outstanding purchase experience with buying my CR-V that I went back to buy my daughter a Civic! I knew what I wanted, the price I wanted to pay (had done my thorough homework) and I called Mr. Fredericks to see if he had the vehicle and would meet my price. Yes to both! I also do not like to waste time with any paperwork, up selling, game-playing or other hassles, so he had the vehicle ready and waiting, and all I had to do was sign a few papers. I was in and out in less than an hour and driving the Civic home. The experience was absolutely seamless. I appreciate that my time was respected and that the purchase process was direct and straightforward. Miguel Sarria also deserves accolades for outstanding customer service. He knew I wanted to get my car and go, so with lightening speed, he got me processed. Thank you to both gentlemen for another positive experience! I am in Fredericksburg, and I shopped my CR-V and the Civic from Richmond to NoVa, and got BY FAR the best deal at Hendricks. I am one happy customer! More

Always done right. Been taking my 2006 Pilot to Hendrick Honda since I got it. Service is always prompt and on occasion when I have had to wait for work to be done, I've Been taking my 2006 Pilot to Hendrick Honda since I got it. Service is always prompt and on occasion when I have had to wait for work to be done, I've used the shuttle service which is quite convenient. I would recommend them for sure. My latest visit was with Jeff, but all the service people are fine. More

As soon as this happened I called the dealership and talked to Kristi who was able schedule my appointment for the following morning. Upon arrival, I was taken care of right away and was dreading the worst news being that my civic had 94,000 miles on it. Within 30 minutes I was told by Ms. Kristi that my car was ready!!! Wow...that was quick....a switch went bad in the engine and the news wasn't so bad after all....My overall experience has been excellent with this service department and Kristi treated me as if I was part the Hendrick family. I would recommend this dealership to everyone who loves their Honda. More
