I wanted the time to compare similar cars, make sure I knew what price I should be asking for, compare prices with other dealers, etc; I really appreciated that Farid Soufi was very patient and understanding through that process. There was none of the dreaded car salesman pushiness one might worry about. Even better, I thought Farid and his floor manager were very fair in the price negotiation. They reviewed documentation I provided and worked out the price I wanted. Farid was super responsive by phone and text through the week. Met with me three times at the dealership including a good test drive. Just an exceptionally nice person to deal with overall. I would not hesitate to work with him again. Completed the financial transaction with Jessica Blankenship who was top notch as well. Very friendly and efficient. More
