Ajay gave me some options, he walked me through the buying process from beginning to the end. When I declined the initial deal, he didn't push me to buy. He understood my concerns, wants and needs. He informed his team and then presented another deal to me. Needless to say, an offer was made and accepted. I walked out of the dealership feeling confident in my purchase with Ajay's help! Despite the late hours, Ajay walked me through the options/features in the new vehicle and assisted me in locating things such as the gas lever, the steering wheel adjustment, the radio, Bluetooth, etc. He even offered for me to call his cell phone if I ever needed anything and he'd walk me through the steps via phone.
