First and foremost, the car was extremely overpriced-wanting to sell me an old and beat up car for over $7 grand after taxes. I was able to talk them down significantly after much debate and headache. Secondly, I told them the car needed a new ignition when the key would not come out of the ignition. First I was told, there is nothing wrong with it, it just cant be parked at an incline, then- oh the wheel just needs to be straight, then it just needs to be lubricated. I was completely disgusted and to be quite frank I knew I was being played like a fool. I am not dumb and I did not appreciate being treated as such. The car does IN FACT need a new ignition, as I told them. I was also told the car could be delivered to me- in which it wasn’t and I had to go out of my way and find a stranger to help me because my husband is currently overseas on military orders. I will never recommend this dealership. It was slimy and sneaky. I was being lied to and taken advantage of and as a woman, I can tell you that business like that have no place in society any longer. Don’t go to service to get wiper blades installed. I was advised to just go to parts and purchase by the service adviser and they (parts) would help me install. Had my car sent to the dealership after having issues with the trans (extended warranty doesn't expire until august 2022 and the miles are well within the limit) and I'm going on 1 month without my car a with the trans (extended warranty doesn't expire until august 2022 and the miles are well within the limit) and I'm going on 1 month without my car and not a single thing has been done to fix it. If you get a car, do yourself a favor and don't waste money on an extended warranty. More
